Here's everything we'll do for you
  •  Determine the best targeting for your prospects in your desired market including providing you with help on picking the best geographic and interest targeting.
  •  Completely setup your Facebook Business Manager Account, Ad Account(s), Business Page, Tracking Pixels, Lead Forms, Campaigns, Ad sets, Ads, Custom Audiences and Look Alike Audiences for you (IF you already have these items set up, we will review them and make appropriate changes to be in line with our methodology) 
  •  Create graphics and copy for your ads as required. Any graphics (pictures, logos etc) that are personal to you or your business, you agree to provide if you choose to use them in your marketing campaigns. 
  •  Help set up your CRM to receive the leads automatically from Facebook.  
  •  Provide management of Facebook primary traffic system by copy writing & implementing new advertisements as needed, testing advertisements and optimizing and scaling campaigns 
  •  Upon launching of campaigns we will monitor and optimize for success 
  •  Split test different ads, targeting and angles to achieve best results 
  •  Pause campaigns if they are not performing according to our expectations and then relaunch again to continue to optimize our efforts.

Does this really work?

How much of a marketing budget do I need?
We recommend a budget of at least $750 per month (but best if you're willing to invest $1,000 or more per month) This marketing budget is in addition to our management fee for handling all of the details for you (see video above for details)
How many leads can I expect?
This depends on your market and marketing budget. If you look at the screenshots above you'll see an average lead cost of approximately $35 per lead (which is significantly less than other channels such as direct mail and pay per lick)
How many leads does it take to do a deal?
This depends on you and how you monetize the leads. If you are just wholesaling, it may take more leads that if you buy, fix and sell, or list them, or do creative financing. Also, it depends on how good you are at speaking with sellers. Bottom line is you will have plenty of good leads available to you.
I've never done a deal before, can you help me?
This is a service and NOT coaching. We would expect that you know what to do with the leads once we generate them for you. If you're brand new, never done a deal and need hand holding to do a deal - this is NOT for you.
How many clients do you have per area?
At this time are only taking one client per zip code. Once a zip code is taken we will not accept any other client. The only exception is if the zip code is large enough to accommodate more than one client. If this is the case we will let you know this
What happens after I place my order?
You'll be immediately given a link to submit our client questionnaire. Upon completion of that questionnaire we will set up a 30 minute consultation to review everything and begin the process of getting you up and running. It will take us approximately 14 days from the date that you fill out the client questionnaire. The 30 day engagement clock begins only after your first ad is live.
Can I use your service to find both buyers and sellers?
Yes, we have ads and campaigns for cash buyers that we can activate for you.
Can I do this on my own?
Yes you can certainly learn how to run your own Facebook ads but is that the best use of your time? If you were doing direct mail, you would never print the postcards yourself. It's the same here. Best if you let us do this for you and you can focus on speaking with buyers and sellers.
I'm thinking of having another agency do this for me?
There are quite a few agencies out there doing Facebook ads for many businesses. Any of them will be happy to take your money and "give it a try". They have NO idea how to speak with sellers, their needs, their wants. Heck when it comes to real estate, those agencies call real estate agents.

On the other side there are quite a few real estate gurus aren't there? But the ONLY guru that does HIS OWN FACEBOOK advertising in house, is me. Nobody else. Period. Everybody else outsources, and many do so to me. Wouldn't you rather go direct with the source?
How is this better than direct mail?
Short answer, absolutely. Why? Direct mail is VERY, VERY saturated. The entry barrier is very low. You can buy a list and go to any half dozen mail houses and send out your direct mail campaigns (just like every other investor). There are very few investors that are implementing this for their businesses (and even fewer the ones that are doing it effectively). And if you wait it may be more costly later on (and you'll lose the first mover advantage that you could have had).
